While in nature, the flowers of wisteria, orchids, and camellias bloom in different seasons, they blossom all at once on this single screen where Kim Yong-jin added his calligraphy. Kim Jeong-hyeon, Kim Yeong-gi, and Kim Gi-chang, all three being the members of Baekyanghoe, a social and professional association of oriental painting artists, joined Lee Yu-tae, a member of Geumranmukhoe. It is not hard to conjecture what brought them all together for this joint work. Geumranmukhoe tended to be open to inviting or bringing in people from outside, as is evident in the traces of writers and artists who frequented the association at that time.
