Details
These are a pair of paper boxes. The main design is made of wood and pasted over with oiled paper outside, which lends a natural shine. Inside the box remains pasted dak (traditional paper similar to hanji). Both sides of the front of the box are inlaid with mother-of-pearl and paper decorations.
